Starting in the Bitcoin ecosystem and quickly the debate on inscription catches my eyeballs. When it comes to the total transferral of inscribed sat, I cannot get over my mind on why we need another inscription to perform the transferral:

Let’s say I construct a simple send fund transaction with:
txin1 - The inscribed satoshi utxo
txin2 - utxo to pay fee
txout - The utxo sit at receiver address
It looks to me that the inscription is duplicated effort & waste network resources. It makes sense to me when we want to break down the inscribed brc-20 tokens to attach with distinct sats with such transferral inscription, but why we need it in total transfer? Or did I miss anything?
