This transaction (c8541ac19c5998a970fa8ce8d4e14987b0374d8aec4d0a298fddce99af046e9e) looks like it might be a dual funded channel opening but I can’t work out how to interpret it. The change output seems to high to represent any kind of contribution by one of the parties. Naively it feels more like a single funded channel opening with both UTXO’s being needed to make up the 0.1 channel and the rest being returned as change. Am I interpreting this correctly?
