Bitcoin uses both P and NP equations which current known standards create limitations. Primarily to the NP as NP problems take much longer to solve than to authenticate(pow).
So if this algorithm existed would it help or harm crypto miners?
My opinion is that it will help miners as that Satoshi algorithm indeed helped Him/Her/Them mine expotentially faster. If this is true and the satoshi algorithm exists, it is worth trillions end market value. In theory this algorithm would then create engineering control to expidite the hash rate of 10 minutes per block. I do understand the earlier mined coins were easier to mine in btc infancy. My guess in this is less network traffick coupled with progressively increase of equation difficultiy. Which is easy to engineer difuculty using P and NP problems.
What are your thoughts on this?
