I installed the coin 98 super wallet on my Android phone and imported a wallet using my 12 words from a previous wallet I have owned. I chose to import it to a multi-chain type when given the choice. The wallet imported fine, so then wanted to transfer some BTC into it. I clicked on the btc receive address and was given a Bitcoin public key to copy and use for the transaction. I copied the address and send some Bitcoin to it. Bitcoin arrived and everything looked fine. But then when I try to send the Bitcoin out it keeps giving me errors for some reason. the Bitcoin will not do anything at all. The receiving address i used from the coin98 wallet is nowhere to be found..not in history or anywhere. Also if I go and take the Bitcoin private key or the 12 words I originally used when I opened this wallet up for the first time the Bitcoin is not showing up. The private key and or the 12 words they’re supposed to secure my funds no matter what I thought. So when and if I put them into another wallet I should be able to see any prior transactions of the Bitcoin or any other coin for that matter but for some reason I don’t. does anybody know why the private key from coin98 wallet showing my Bitcoin there is not attached to the public key I used to send the Bitcoin to it. I can uninstall the coin98 wallet and reinstall , using the 12 words to import the wallet and it has the Bitcoin showing up…but if I use any other wallet to import the wallet it does not show any amount of BTC or any history of the transaction. The Bitcoin cannot be sent out either…i have tried sending different amounts different fees different receiving wallets , tried swapping it for another token . I have used crypto for over 10 yrs not new to it. I even tried using coin98 browser addon ,..nothing workss…tried getting help with live chat for hours and nothing…How come my Bitcoin private key from the coin98 super wallet doesn’t have the public key I used attached to it? The coin 98 wallet shows my Bitcoin amount correctly however when I take either the 12 words or the Bitcoin private key and put it in a different provider wallet the balance for the Bitcoin is zero. Do I have to have another type of coin or token inside my coin 98 wallet to cover the gas fee so that I’m able to send my Bitcoin out of coin 98 super wallet? That’s the only thing I haven’t tried…is the fee not able to be paid with Bitcoin from this wallet?
