I am extremely novice and unknowledgable in regards to how Bitcoin works – access and withdrawals. I have been contacted by a representative of an organisation called Exodia Wallet who claim I have a Bitcoin account which was established following the collapse of a sport betting group and funds I had with them were transferred into a Bitcoin account which I was unaware of. Exodia Wallet have received my account details to assist in its recovery and the “funds” are being held in a temporary account hosted by Exodia Wallet. They provided me with the username and password for the account BUT I cannot access the funds to withdraw or transfer. I do remember being advised by an organisation that I had investments in that a Bitcoin account had been opened for me under my email ramzam@iinet.net.au and I did nothing with this. Is there a way I can legitimise this account and gain access to transfer the funds to different account manager. Thank you
