- Are there existing proposals or active discussions specifically about an air‑gapped Lightning Network?
- What technical challenges have people identified in making Lightning work over BLE/Wi‑Fi mesh?
- Could anyone point me to relevant papers or implementation experiments I could study or contribute to?
