Maestro’s RPC API is a Bitcoin core-compatible RPC interface that allows developers to interact with Bitcoin without running their own node; provides support for testnet4.

Mempool.space also provides a REST API service for Bitcoin as well, with support for signet, testnet3 and testnet4.
