Bitcoin was designed so that one party could pay a second party without any need for a trusted third party to act as an intermediary.
Bitcoin is a trustless peer to peer system.
Whatever money you gave to the scammers cannot be recovered through the Bitcoin network. You will be contacted by crooks pretending to be recovery agents. You should cease all contact with scammers and other crooks to protect yourself from further loss.
