Can you help me with math how to generate Bitcoin TapScript address?

Let us take the simpliest script (even without signature check), eg (hex is 007551)

How to generate 256-bit value for funding taproot address (I mean without Bitcoin-qt, btcdeb etc) and control block used for spending from it? Are there any test-vectors/examples?
