I’m building a multi-chain crypto project and I’m trying to figure out what the fastest and most reliable crypto data API is right now for production use.
I’ve already experimented with Covalent and Bitquery. Both are solid in their own way, but in practice I’ve been running into either latency issues or some gaps in coverage depending on the chain and the specific endpoints. For my use case, speed really matters, and small delays add up quickly.
My project needs real-time prices and wallet data across multiple chains (mainly Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum and Solana), along with historical data for backtesting. I also care a lot about clean, structured token metadata (logos, descriptions, socials, etc.) because I need to index everything properly. Broad coverage, including smaller or newer tokens, is important too.
Recently I came across Mobula, which on paper seems to stand out in terms of multi-chain focus and performance. The docs and examples look promising, but I’d really like to hear from people actually using it in production.
If anyone here has hands-on experience with Mobula (or another fast alternative), I’d love to know how it performs under load, how consistent the latency is, and how reliable the token coverage has been over time.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
