When all nodes go offline, for example, due to World of War.

What happened with the bitcoin?

I think nothing happens if we assume there is a node that keeps the longest blockchain on their hard drive.

Once the world war ends, the network can be established to resume the bitcoin mining with the longest blockchain by protocol definition.

Is the hypothetical scenario as simple as that?
