I have money in an xrp wallet that I’ve forgotten about but when I try to withdraw it says that ‘transaction public key not authorised ‘

I have tried recovering my wallet with the passphrase on other sites but they all give me a new xrp address which doesn’t have the money in it, but it is there on the block chain in my wallet. I’ve also tried Ian Coleman website but after checking thousands of address mine won’t come up
