Use of the ScriptSig field of the coinbase transaction to embed data that is revealed k blocks later

I would like to know whether it is feasible to include a data in the ScriptSig field of the coinbase transaction such that this data is revealed later ( say one hour later which is the average time to create 6 blocks). By revealed I mean everyone can execute the ScriptSig and learn this piece of information one hour after the block has been published ? I was wondering whether using the "op_checklocktimeverify(sequence, tx_locktime)" opcode in the ScriptSig field of the coinbase transaction could positively answer my question ?
