bitcoin wallet app – wBTC and zero balance

6 wBTC in my Trust wallet but for some reason it is showing zero $ value associated with the 3.6 wBTC. I am trying to Swap that out to BTC and have BNB for trascation fees but continously getting errors and although transactions see to go through to an exchange, I am not getting anything. I believe the problem is that is is showing zero$ Balance. Any idea what is going on and how I can convert my WBTC to BTC and move to my Binance or coinbase?
