Bitcoin Core will not recognise my passphrase

Bitcoin Core will not recognise my passphrase. It worked perfectly since 2013 and even a few weeks ago when I made a purchase. Now it does not recognize my passphrase. I was using version 24 and have now updated to the newest version 27. After I type in my passphrase I get the message, “Wallet unlock failed. The passphrase entered for the wallet decryption was incorrect”. I have the keys and updated wallet.dat. What should I do?
