Request for Assistance with .dat File and Forgotten Passphrase

I am writing to request assistance with accessing my Bitcoin wallet. I have a .dat wallet file, but unfortunately, I have forgotten the passphrase. This wallet was created many years ago by my father, and since then, there have been no transactions or activity, which is why the passphrase is not remembered.
