All pro/contra bitcoin-politics aside, what’s the reason that the anti-spam fraction is so scared of CSAM in OP_RETURN, while CSAM on inscription is already possible and way cheaper? Why should CSAM have bad legal consequences, if stored in OP_RETURN, but not in inscriptions?
As a node runner, you cannot ignore OP_RETURN and you will have CSAM on your node. But the same counts for inscriptions, no? You can’t just ignore inscription data afaik.
