How do Bitcoin mining pools typically handle payout frequency versus thresholds?

I am trying to code the Coinbase Transaction generation for a solo miner, but when testing the Coinbase + transaction hex data in a getblocktemplate with proposal mode I get the following:
Response: {‘jsonrpc’: ‘2.0’, ‘result’: ‘inconclusive-not-best-prevblk’, ‘id’: ‘gbt’}

Anybody has came across this? this is my candidate Coinbase TX:
